These terms describe use of the Below Zero Film Solutions website and our optional text messaging program. Below Zero Film Solutions is known as Below Zero Window Tint.
Website and service requests
Our website provides information about window tint, ceramic coating, paint correction, vinyl wrap, and paint protection film services. Submitting a quote request does not create a confirmed appointment or authorize work. We will confirm availability, scope, pricing, and any applicable service terms with you before work begins.
Prices, promotions, film performance, installation timing, and warranty coverage depend on the vehicle, product, and work selected. Your confirmed quote and applicable written warranty describe the terms for your specific installation. Follow the care instructions provided at installation.
SMS program
When you separately opt in, Below Zero Film Solutions may send the categories of messages you select:
- Service-related texts: responses and follow-ups to quote requests, appointment confirmations and reminders, and updates about your requested services.
- Marketing texts: special offers, discounts, and announcements about new services.
Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency may vary based on your requests, appointments, and selected message categories. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Optional consent
Our website form provides separate, unchecked consent boxes for service-related and marketing SMS messages. You may select either, both, or neither. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services, obtaining a quote, or submitting the form. Entering a phone number does not by itself grant SMS consent.
To enroll, you must be at least 18 and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. Provide accurate information and let us know if your number changes.
How to unsubscribe
Reply STOP to any text from our program to cancel SMS messages. After you send STOP, you may receive one message confirming your unsubscribe request; you will then receive no further messages from that program unless you opt in again. To rejoin, provide fresh consent through our opt-in form. You may also contact us to request an opt-out.

Message delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier availability, device settings, and other factors outside our control. Text messaging should not be used for emergencies or as your only means of confirming a time-sensitive appointment.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use information, including mobile numbers and SMS consent. Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Appropriate use and external links
Do not misuse our website or forms, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful or misleading material. Our website may link to third-party services. Their terms govern your use of those services.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will post the current version with an effective date. Changes do not expand your SMS consent; we will obtain new consent where required.
